Affordable Payment Option If you have dental benefits, we will gladly submit by computer and follow up your claims to see that you get the maximum benefit to which you are entitled. Please remember that your benefits are an arrangement made by your employer with the insurance company for your benefit... We will help you get the most from it as a courtesy to you. We work for you, not the insurance company or your employer, so you are financially responsible to us, regardless of the insurance benefit.

If your dental insurance benefit is paid directly to us, we will defer billing the portion of the charges the insurance company is expected to pay for 30 days. Please bring in a copy of your benefits book so we can estimate your benefits as closely as possible. We also will need a completed, signed insurance form.

Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time of service.

For your convenience we accept major credit cards (Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Pulsecard).

Extended payment plans can usually be arranged. A 6-month same-as-cash interest-free option is available if you qualify. Longer-term plans are also available.

We will only provide treatment within your budget. Even if your budget is limited, we will design your care so that the quality will be excellent. The care can be extended over as much time as needed until it is complete.
